Terms of Service

Summary in plain English

You sign up. You pay $249/month (or the price agreed on for your plan). You can cancel anytime. We give you working dispatch and lead-routing software. We don't guarantee zero downtime, but we try hard. Don't use the product to break the law, spam people, or harm our other customers. If you do, we'll close your account.

These are the actual terms. They're written in plain English so you can actually read them.

Who you are dealing with

"GoDispatchPro," "we," "us," "our" — Aether Business Intelligence Systems, registered in California, United States. Email us at support@godispatchpro.com.

"You" — the person or business that signs up for an account. By creating an account, you confirm you have the authority to bind your business to these terms.

What you get

Access to the GoDispatchPro web application and its features (lead inbox, dispatch routing, estimate generation, customer messaging, AI assistants) during your active subscription.

Features change. We add things and occasionally remove things that aren't working. We'll give 30 days notice before removing anything you actively rely on, where we can.

Subscription and payment

  • Billing is monthly, in advance. Subscriptions auto-renew.
  • Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment info you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge it monthly.
  • Prices listed on our pricing page apply to new customers. Existing customers stay at their current price unless we notify you of a change with at least 30 days notice.
  • Founding-customer pricing (where applicable) is locked for life as long as your subscription stays active. Cancel and resume later, you go to the then-current price.
  • Failed payments: we will retry. After 14 days of failed payment, the account is suspended. After 30 days, the account is cancelled.
  • 14-day free trial: no credit card required to start. At the end of trial you can subscribe or your data sits inactive for 30 days before deletion.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until then.
  • No refunds for partial months. If you cancel on day 5, you keep access through the end of that monthly cycle.
  • If we materially fail to deliver the service for more than 72 hours of an outage, you can request a pro-rated credit. Email us.

What you can't do with the product

  • Send messages that violate TCPA (US telemarketing law), CAN-SPAM, or your local equivalent. You are responsible for having consent to message the leads you import or capture.
  • Use it to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
  • Resell access to your account or share login credentials with people outside your organization.
  • Reverse-engineer the product, scrape data programmatically beyond reasonable rate limits, or attempt to bypass security.
  • Use the AI features to generate content that violates Anthropic's acceptable use policy (no malware, no impersonation of real people, etc.).

If you do any of the above, we may suspend or terminate the account without refund.

Your content and customer data

You own your data — your leads, customer info, estimates, photos, and notes. We don't claim any rights to it beyond what's necessary to operate the product on your behalf.

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data to provide the product to you. This license ends when your account ends.

AI features and accuracy

GoDispatchPro includes AI features that draft email replies, generate appointment briefs, and assist reps with job context. AI output is best-effort and not guaranteed accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it goes to a customer.

We don't claim AI estimates, appointment briefs, or suggested messages are professional advice or legally binding. Treat them as a draft, not a final answer.

Uptime and service availability

We aim for 99.5%+ monthly uptime on the production application. We don't currently offer a contractual SLA. Outages on our underlying services (Supabase, Vercel, Twilio, Stripe) may temporarily impact features.

Scheduled maintenance, when it happens, is announced in advance via email to active account holders.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Please read this section carefully. It limits what we can be held responsible for.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GODISPATCHPRO IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOST DATA — EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits. If you're in one of them, the limits above apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claims that arise from your use of the product, your data, your messaging practices, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute with us by email. Most disagreements are resolved this way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be announced via email to active account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive that right.
  • You can't transfer these terms or your account to someone else without our written consent.
  • We can assign these terms (e.g., if we're acquired).
